The combination of internal Quality policies and ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, & 27001:2013 requirements used to formulate these measures is designed to foster continuous improvement.
KOMPSYS continuously follows best practice guidelines in maintaining accurate and complete records of policies, procedures, operations, issues, quality control activities, invoices, tasks statuses, etc. throughout the life of a project. Documentation and records are easily stored, protected and shared with the K-Track system, which incorporates features like Document Management, Time Sheet Management, HR Management, Program Asset, Schedule and Cost Management.
The commitment from our management team to producing quality work in all that we do means a continual top down quality assurance in addition to our bottom up quality requirements. The Project Manager is the primary driver of a continuous focus on quality from the broader project management level to the most detailed levels of the production process.
To complete projects on time and on budget, resources are always allocated at the start of a project, in accordance with best practices. Allocation strategies and resource availability are thoroughly documented. This is followed by continuous monitoring of resources by the Project Manager.
A seasoned Quality Manger and a carefully selected staff provide the expertise to control the quality of project activities and deliverables at several levels by employing, best practices and proven processes. This quality team ensures complete, error free deliverables by employing systematic design, development and review processes.
Rigorous quality control beginning early in the life of a project, and continuing throughout, ensures that all activities are appropriate and that the team is moving forward. Early quality control leads to early corrective action for problems, minimizing unnecessary cost and schedule deviations. For quality monitoring and measurement, the KOMPSYS Project Manager uses specifically developed project metrics to gather productivity information for the purposes of process improvement. This includes periodic audits, which help determine whether project output and productivity meets expectations.
